Creative Design. Why should clever and inspirational architecture only be accessible to the few? We would like to bring homes to the many that make you smile and provoke positive mental wellbeing. Simple raw materials, clean junctions and functional design for everyday life.

Passiv Build. The climate crisis is real and needs to be addressed, yet profit margins still seem to stand in the way of housebuilders creating homes that limit the impact on future generations - we want to break that mould. A home should be a shelter, not just from the elements, but also from life's burdens, so we want to build homes that reduce external demands by building efficient homes, that look after you, not the other way round.

The Team

I come from a legacy of home builders. Jakubowski Building Company was launched by my grandfather in 1961 and my father and uncle grew it into the one of the largest and most highly respected home builders in Cambridge. Sadly it collapsed after spiking interest in the late 80s early 90s, but by that point, building was in the blood.

This is a new chapter, one that comes after I have spent nearly 20 years studying and analysing the global economy on trading floors, watching the world evolve, economies collapse, societies divide and the narrative change. The future has to be sustainable, and Jakubowski Creative Developments key objective is to help by building homes that go above and beyond to protect our natural world and mental wellbeing.

The company has built a team of professionals across building, architecture, planning, accounting and finance to ensure that the foundations and structure of the business is built correctly to flourish and withstand the new era into which we head.
